The next morning when he awoke he noticed that his kitchen had been broken into and the items were missing.?A report was made to the police and acting upon information the accused was caught redhanded with the items in his possession at a house nearby.The accused, who was described as a kleptomaniac, was recently before the court on similar charges. The court was told that he has a number of other?matters pending in court.
